Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

  • If you have changed your mind or the purchase was not what you intended and require a refund please contact info@envyhomeware.co.nz. For a refund to be made you must make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and goods should be received back to the store within 10 days of confirmation of refund acceptance. 
  • For a return to be accepted the item/s need to be unused and in the same original condition and packaging they arrived in. We can only refund the item once we receive it back at our premises. 
  • If you return an item it is at your own courier cost (unless the item is faulty) tracking items is recommended on returns. 

Faulty Goods:

  • If an item is found to be faulty please email info@envyhomeware.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the item along with a photo of the fault. Once the item is received back at our premises (Envy will arrange a courier to collect the faulty item) either a replacement item will be sent in its place if it is available or a refund will be given. 

Missing or late orders:

Email info@envyhomeware.co.nz if you are having difficulty tracking your item. Please provide the tracking number that was sent with your order confirmation. 

We do not offer refunds on items that our courier service is able to show evidence as being ‘delivered’.

Damaged Goods In Transit:

We take the upmost care in insuring all items get to you in excellent condition. However if something has become damaged in transit and a courier claim needs to be lodged you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery and include your invoice number and a photo of the damage incurred, You will also need to keep the damaged item and the packaging it came in as the courier service may need to see it to process the damage claim.
