Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address.

We offer the following flat rate shipping (The order needs to be going to one address only otherwise extra costs will be charged for multiple delivery addresses.)

North Island Residential $10

North Island Rural $15

South Island Residential $15

South Island Rural $18

If you wish to have items sent to Waiheke, Chatham, Stewart or Great Barrier Islands please contact us before making your purchase so that we can advise a shipping cost.

We are unable to offer overseas shipping. 

Deliveries

We provide courier details for all items we send to the purchaser, so you are able to track your gift box at any time.

Once the package has been noted as “Delivered” to the recipient's address including “Card to call” Envy Gift Boxes have fulfilled its obligation as the sender. If there is a query after this point about the gift box delivery you will need to contact the courier company directly. 

All gift boxes will be left at the chosen recipients address without a signature required. If you do require a signature please contact us to discuss and we will give an updated courier cost to send.

Delivery Times

We can deliver to anywhere in NZ. Normal delivery times are 2-4 business days from when the parcel leaves our store. These times can vary though dependent on the area it is shipping to or if it is a rural address so please keep an eye on your tracking number to keep informed about your parcel's arrival time. 

We are unable to offer same day or overnight shipping.

We offer a free click and collect option. The purchaser can order their gift box online and then collect their gift box from our retail store Envy Homeware 67 Broadway, Matamata. (Please allow one business day from when the order was placed to be able to make collection).

We cannot ship to PO Boxes only physical addresses.
